POLICIES : RETURN, EXCHANGES & SHIPPING
Returns : All sales are final. Exchange's are accepted only if product is defected or a mistake on A.B.U.C.L.L.C. side.
Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving an order. Please make sure that the item to be returned or exchanged is unwashed and unworn with original tags. We DO NOT accept items to be switched in the exchanged process. You can only exchange for a different size. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time that you ship your item(s) back to us to process your return/exchange.
Please keep your tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as the return item is in an "as shipped" condition as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.
- Items must be free odor, must not have been worn and must be in new and unused, as shipped, as received condition.
- Items must not be washed.
- Items must have all original taggings attached and intact.
- Contact us upon prior to returning items to ensure smooth transaction.
- If the above requirements are met, a refund will be granted for the original amount paid for the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refunded.

We have no control over customs fees and or amount of time to ship item to the destination as it vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees & shipping cost.
Shipping and Handling Times
All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. There will be no weekend shipping. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
